Hallow Dear,

Vaginal outlet of a girl is covered by a fibro-muscular membrane known as Hymen. During first sexual intercourse, hymen is ruptured by penis (defloration). This causes bleeding of various degree and for various time. The bleeding you have experience is a defloration bleeding. No further action or any special care is needed for this bleeding. You have to maintain perineal hygiene appropriately.

I hope this helps you.
