What Causes Bloating Of Lower Abdominals And Gas?

I have been having alot of gas( rather smelly) , bloating of the lower abdominals, and falling asleep in the car while driving around with my mom. My periods have been light or none at all when usually they are on-time and normal/heacy. I have been exercizing about once a day, and getting up very early in the mornings for sport practices. I am not sexually active. I am 16, 5'5" and weigh around 122/123lbs.
