What Causes Black Stool,mucous And Rectal Discomfort?

sir...i m 24 year male n i m suffered from rectal discomfort since last 2 year and my first stool comes black and hard with some mucous...when i went to doctor then he adviced me for colonoscopy but after the report he found nothing and he said...it is just functional disorder which is called as irritable bowel syndrome..he gave medicine which i took 4 to 6 month regularly...but there was no imrovement...that time i just left to take medicine...and in between sometime i suffered from diarhia and sometime little constipation...i have one or two time motion in a day...but before six moth i found there was a small polyp in ma rectum..which is smaller than a pea n it is steel there..and doctor i always have rectal discomfort even after the motion...my bowel does not comes in shape...at noon time discomfort increases then i go for motion, sometime bowel comes in liquor form with some mucous and sometime it comes in black small pieces with mucous...plz help me...wat sud i do?
