Hi i am 23 year old male. When i was in 8th standard i had unprotected sex with girl. After that i started masturbating uptil now but now on my tip of penis 3 black spots are there and size of penis is small...and inside my underwear part of body there are many black spots...what does it mean...i am very afraid...plz help me
