Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seem to suffer from -Subcutaneous Petechial Hemorrhages- from the bursting of the engorged Varicose Vein -incompetent perforators.
These black spots occur during menstrual periods because of increased venous loads from increase in retained fluids due
hormonal changes, which results in to increased Varicose vein engorgement from retrograde blood flow in perforating veins, from deep leg veins.
You need to check out for DVT-
Deep Vein Thrombosis by Consults with Surgeon and Vascular Surgeon, who would fix its diagnosis by USG scan and Color Doppler studies of the leg
varicose Veins.
Do's Suggested-
In this scenarios-EVLT (Endo-Venous-
Laser Ablation Treatment)with foam coils-
sclerotherapy and blockage of perforating veins-in legs is suggested in your case.
For the time being to control the worsening of the Varicose Veins and black spot recurrence,
Rest with head low bed during sleeping-
Venostocking use-during day,
Cap Dafflon 300 mg x 3 times x 1.5 mths-Venotonics.
Avoiding long standing jobs, if any.
