I just noticed that I have at least one bald spot on the back of my head. I am a 20 year old male. As a busy college student my diet, sleep schedule, and stress management are generally poor. Am I beginning to lose my hair or is this temporary? Perhaps ringworm? A good friend recently gave me a baseball cap that I have been wearing the past couple of days. Could it be that? I am very anxious and scared. Thank you.
