What Causes Backpain, Tingling And Numbness In Hand And Foot?
I have had back pain and stiffness going on three weeks now. The pain/stiffness is in my mid and lower back starting between my shoulder blades going down to my lower back. About 1-1.5 weeks ago my right hand/arm started this tingling/numbness on the inside of my upper arm and the ring/pinky finger on my hand. The numbness seems to only happen if I don t move my arm for a while, at least at first, but now it seems to be more consistent throughout the day. Movement seems to help a little but not much. Then today I noticed my big toe on my right foot started to have the same numbness/tingly sensation and a little pain behind my right knee.
