What Causes Back Pain With Urinary Problem After A Fall?

I fell and landed on a rock on my back. Next day beyond severe back pain I started to notice need to urinate frequently with or without ability to pass fluid. This is continuing now over 4 days without change. No blood or pain with urination just annoying frequency. What is possible cause?

HI
Well come to HCM
History of fall and frequency increased urine frequency is not related with each other the reason for this would be urinary tract infection and this need to be investigated and for that urine test is must if this positive then need to be treated accordingly, and this is nothing to worry, hope this helps.
