What Causes Back Pain, Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

Three months ago I went in for back and right side pain, also shortness of breath.I have been very healthy before this. I was told I had gallstones, but the pain has never went away, the last two weeks I have had spells that last 20-30 minutes..Dizzyness, nausua, shortness of breath, sweating... I feel like I'm goning to die..

Gallstones can explain back and right side pain but not shortness of breath , dizziness. There is something else which is causing the problem.

I need more information like , does the shortness of breath occurs even at rest or only on exertion ?
Is there any chest pain ?
Is there any cough ?

It could be Infection of the lungs , Anemia ( low hemoglobin ) , Allergy ( Bronchitis ) or problem in the heart. I advise you to get certain test done to know the cause of your problems . These tests are :

Complete Hemogram , Chest X ray , 2D Echo , Pulmonary Function test, and revert back with reports.

But if the symptoms are very severe I advise you go to ER and get evaluated.
