Hi I have a problem, I fainted after exercise, the first exercise after several months. Next few days everything was ok, I exercised every day, but after a two day rest I'm experiencing heartburn, spine pain, dizziness and headache in the back of the head, I'm also experiencing tingling fingers and toes. Am I in a serious condition? I haven't had these kind of problems before.
