HI,
Minera coil has hormone progesterone inbuilt in the coil. Progestin is known to cause irregular bleeding with scanty or profuse bleeding irregularly. Your current bleeding can be of this type. But associated pain in back and abdomen can be due to associated pelvic inflammation (where foul smelling vaginally discharge is seen).
ALL these symptoms can be possible with change in position of device in uterus, USG pelvis would help to detect. You also need to get deep vaginally swab culture and sensitivity done to confirm or exclude it, followed by needful specific treatment. I would suggest to consult a gynecologist, get examined and investigated as per need, followed by treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
