my fiance has something on her anus and i've yet to be able to identify if its a hemmoroid, rectal prolapse, etc
she was getting blood when wiping but when i examined it appear to be that area and was a small crack in the skin like chapped lip. she has in the last few months developed a small skin tag opposite of the unidentified problem area

The cut in the anal verge and a skin tag is indicative of a condition called fissure-in-ano.
I would advise her the following in such a condition:
-Sitz bath in a tub with warm water
-Mild laxatives to keep stools soft; Send sample of stool and blood for lab
-Consult a general surgeon for examination
-Per rectal digital examination and ano-proctoscopy.
This will give an idea of exact diagnosis and plan for further management. A course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole, probiotics may be needed.
