What Causes An Inflamed And Irritated Colon?

I was diagnosed with inflamed irritated colon, low electrolytes (due to drinking alot of water for kidney stones), and low sodium levels. Was in ER on Friday, and doc there said all that water washed away all the good bacteria in my colon. How can that be that I have an inflamed colon from water??

I had gone through the history given here, if you do not have any specific symptoms till then it is nothing to worry, what ever being stated here is irrelevant and very vague.
You have not given the electrolyte report here, if this is the electrolyte imbalance then according tot that it need to be corrected, (Underlying cause of electrolyte imbalance is matter of concern)
Liquid or water can not be washed away it self, you are being wrongly advised, guided.
If you are doing well and no symptoms are there then it is nothing to worry
