What Causes Allergic Type Reactions With Elevated WBC Count?

Dear doctor Warm regards. I am 71 years old male. I have been having WBC more than 20,000 since 1 year Many doctors I consulted, surgeons, senior urologists, etc ignored it and said it is non specific Recently my Hemoglobin measured 19. A endocrinology specialist t says I should see a hematology specialist. I had an episode of prostate malignancy in 1999 ( PSA reading went upto 29) treated with radiation ( linear accelerator) at TATA memorial mumbai Every annual evaluation at TATAs is clear and my PSA levels are between 0.3 to 0.7 all these 12 years but once or twice in 6 monthly reading touched 1.19 . Recently for the last one month I have been having itching and allergy type reaction . Not too serious As on 6th April 2011, WBC was 20, 000 platelet count was 63300, PCV 56.6, RDW 17.6, neutrophils 81, lymphocytes 9, HB% 19 My ultra sound abdomen and lower abdomen on 6th April 2011 are clear and my colonoscopy done in June/July 2010 is absolutely clear . Kindly advise
