Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that you did not mention any other symptoms like fell down, injury or any urinary problem.

So I will advise you to go for X-ray of lower back vertebrae and meanwhile take mild painkiller and apply muscle relaxant gel.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
