General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is completely normal for periods to occur a week early or late. It will take at least 7 days for periods to start after stopping Primolut N.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
