What Causes Abnormalities In Bile And Pancreatic Duct?

Have hep c for many years, do not drink at all for 30yrs. My liver ultrasound showed abnormalities in bile and pancreatic duct and i will have MRI and MRC done. I have a physically demanding job which I am able to do even though I am 57 years old. My question is in regards to the bile duct and pancreatic duct. thanks
