What Causes Abdominal Pain With Diarrhea And Vomiting?

Sir, since 3 days i am suffering from huge pain in abdomen thereby causing loose motions and vomitings. When i met the doc he told i was infected with food poision. He prescribed panpro-40,becorich, oflokon-oz, doxat-m. But still there i am getting loose motions and sometimes severe pain also... pls tell me the remedies for the same.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of pain in abdomen, loose motions and vomiting since 3 days, Doctor said this to be food poison and prescribed Panpro 40, Becorich, Oflokon-OZ, Doxmat-M. But the loose motions and pain continues, wants to know remedies.
Since this is a case of food poisoning, the medicines that you are taking particularly Oflokon-TZ should have worked very well. It is possible that you have started taking these just now or may be then you need the following:
Get the stool and blood tests done.
Ask for InfectionGentamycin or Amikacin in addition to the ones you are already taking and you will be fine.
Also take Electral solution and plenty of fluids orally to avoid dehydration.
Take curds and bananas and activated charcoal tablets.
You will be fine sooner.
If required get admitted.
