Hello,

Your symptom of dizziness and spinning of the head are indicative of vertigo, anemia, generalized weakness, an underlying medical condition that needs to be evaluated. You are advised to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood tests and imaging tests done.

You may be referred to an ENT to get audiometry tests and other tests (hearing tests, post urography, vision tests, MRI, CT, etc.) done to confirm if you are suffering from vertigo. You will be accordingly treated. At present you should not do any heavy work, avoid driving, stay at rest. Take Vertin -16 twice a day to help reduce dizziness / spinning of the head.

Take homemade food rich in iron and protein. You can take iron supplements. Since you are having abdominal pain, take PPIs, it will help to get rid of acidity and gastritis. Take boiled food for a couple of days. Avoid intake of hot, spicy oily food. Take laxatives if required. Constipation triggers gas formation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
