What Causes Abdominal Pain And Metalic Smelling Stool?

Im a 32 y.o. female with pain in my LL quadrant accompanied by movent that u can see and a popping sensation. I went to the ER where they ran tests (catscans, ultrasound and labs) only find nothing and diagnosed me with abdominal pain. Lately I ahve noticed that my bowel movements have a foul metallic smell. They are formed but now and again are loose. Normal in color, no blood that I can see. Can you tell me what it could be so that I can make an appt and tell them what to look for? The pain is getting worse and starting to feel like someone punched my in gut repeatedly.
