What Causes A Sense Of Fullness In My Lower Abdomen?
Hi I was sick a month ago with viral tonsillitis and upon abdominal palpation my physician "felt" my liver, which he said was not normal. He did a monospot and liver enzymes, etc. mono was negative and all liver enzymes were normal. He said not to worry about it. But I still fill a "full" feeling in my right upper quadrant??

Sometime fullness in the liver area can be from fatty liver like Benign liver pathology. For further workup, USG abdomen scan should be done.
If everything comes normal, then no need to worry for further workup.
