What Causes A Painless Lump Under The Skin On The Neck?

I read some of the post about this I have a hard round lump on back of my neck about a 1/2 round and 1 from my spine there is no color change ,swelling or pain you can barely see it because it is under my skin it has been there for about a year is this something I should worrY about

There is nothing to worry. As it might be a lymph node. Some tine it enlarges due to infection in scalp like dandruff. If the size increases or if there is pain do show to your near by doctor. Or else you can leave it.
