What Causes A Hard Small Lump On Base Of The Penis Shaft?
Is having a Lymphocele painful? Do I have a Lymphocele? I have a hard, but small lump on the side/base of my penis shaft. It hurts when I squeeze it and seems to become larger, but that may be my paranoia. I do not know what it is and am scared to go to a doctor incase of needing surgery. There is no puss nor hole which anything secretes from. It is about as big as a small glass marble as you would put in a flower vase. It is only about 1-2 mm underneath the skin. I have never had sex or any sort of procedure done around my genitalia so I don t think it is an STD. Thank you for any help or suggestions given.

The symptoms are consistent with a sebaceous cyst. Small abscess or follicular is are other possibilities. Can you attach a picture in the follow up query to make a clinical diagnosis.
