What Causes A Fluid Leak After A History Of An Ear Surgery?

Hello, I had a ear surgery around 2 1/2 years ago and now i see some fluid coming out of my ear which is very less in quantity just like water and smells like a medicine. What is your advice Do i need to consult doctor is it a serious or common problem.

see i need to know what kind of sugery u underwent. and how long there is discharge from your ear. if the discharge is watery,most probably its due to the the small perforation of ear drum aka tympanic membrane or it can be due to ruptured abcess. your ENT doctor need to examine your ear to ascertain the exact cause .
