What Causes A Delayed Period And Lower Abdominal Pain?
I am about 3 days late with my period and I was a couple of days early last month. I haven't taken a test yet mostly cause I'm nervous to. I had a little bit of bleeding after intercourse last week which I thought was my period but wasn't. I also feel a dull aching in my lower abdomen presumably where my uterus is.
