What Causes A Bump On The Scrotum?

Hi, I have a bump a little bit smaller than the size of a dime on my scrotum (not attached to the testes) on the upper left side of my sack. There was a small white bump on it, when squeezed let out a little bit of white pus. Now the small white bump is back and I don't want to mess with it anymore. I also have 2 small hard bumps which seem to also have whiteheads on the bottom of my shaft (almost in the same spot where the penis and sac connect). Any ideas what this could be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
As per the proper history you have provided this looks to be an infected Sebaceous cyst and the others too are sebaceous cysts.
I would advise you to consult a General Surgeon and get evaluated, antibiotic treatment started and surgery done whenever is asked for.
Till then apply liquid povidone iodine locally to the whole area to avoid any secondary infection .
I find this answer helpful
