What Causes A Bump On The Forehead After An Injury?
Hello doctor I got into an altercation last week and was punched in the forehead. It left mild brusing 0f a greenish purple in color. A week later the bruising has cleared upbut I now have a small bump that is sensitive to the touch. I also have some pain at thebridge of my nose. Are these signs of concern?
Well I guess all of us has gone through it at some point o their life. Don't worry as its been more than a week now.
Its not unusual to have a bump and pain due to the force of the impact . Just take Tab PARACETAMOL 650MG three times a day after food for 2-3 days and the pain'll get better. Also try to put some ice pack /a bag of frozen peas over the bump .
Meanwhile just keep an eye over the size of bump if it increases in size then you need to check in to your nearest ER . Also try to refrain yourself from strenuous activities.
Let me know how u say in your next follow-up
