What Causes Severe D Dandruff And Hair Loss ?

Hi I am having itchy scalp,I work in night shift operation, white danddruff flakes are falling , Some times acute redness is also observed. I apply oil twice in a week, head bath twice in a week, consulted several dermatolagists, Homeo pathy etc but no results. I undergone hair transplantation surgery 3 years back. I am very much tense of my situation. Request you to please advice. Thank You, JSK,34 years old

Thanks for query,
Apply Selsun shampoo on your scalp,keep it for 2-3 mnt and then wash with plane water.Repeat after 2-3 days.
Keep your hair clean and dry.Use good branded hair oil containing vit E.
Take Iron,Vit A,D, and E.
