Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a lung infection.

Pulmonary embolism cannot be excluded either.

For this reason, I recommend performing some tests:
- a resting ECG
- a chest X-ray study
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- D-dimer plasma levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
