What Cause Strong Fishy Odor From Rectum?

I have a really strong fishy odor coming from my rectum. I had it years ago, but it went away. Just in the past few days it is back. Washing does not help. I have hemorroids. Could this be the problem. I also have ra. Could I have cushings or crohn's disease?

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
I appreciate your concern, the only condition that could give the fishy smell and it is the puss formation, in case of hemorrhoid it is common, if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with antibiotic, if formation of puss confirmed if it is not the puss formation then diet could be the cause over all first you will have to get done the clinical examination just to rule out the infection, try to change the diet too hope this information helps.
