hi i had slow pain in my right testis & it become bigger than my left testis for 3 days & i am a masturbation addict, i am 16 year old i usually have pain in my back ?

Aggressive masturbation can strain the muscles of testicles.This strain can cause pain.
If there is swelling and getting bigger, if associated with severe pain, there could be testicular torsion. Consult doctor immediately and make sure there is no decreased vascular/blood supply by doppler studies.
