What Cause Of Burning Sensation While Passing Urine, Urine Culture Showed No Significant ?

good evening i am 20 yrs old female, having immense burning sensation while passing urine, got a urine analysis done (routine) and it said everything was normal apart from occassional pus cells. i have been facing this problem for a very long time. earlier i was takin orni o and now my dr has prescribed levoflox. i feel ok with levoflox only till i am taking the tablet. once i stop i have the same problem and also i have kind of developed resistance to orni o. the burning sensation is immense and not bearable. i have consulted 2 drs till now but they say its nothing serious. i also got a sonography done to rule out kidney stones but the reports were perfectly normal. its just the pus cells but dont know what to do. and also urine culture showed no significant growth.

Hello
Pus cells indicate and infection and you need to take the antibiotics prescribed to you.A sensitivity test can be done to determine which antibiotics will benefit the most. Also vaginal infection should be ruled out because the urine may cause burning/irritation of the vaginal mucosa.
