What Can I Do To Relieve Arm And Leg Muscle Pain?
My arm and leg muscles ace. My elbows ace. I feel like I need to stretch my leg muscles to relieve the tension. It does not help. It keeps me up at night. I have tried taking Tylenol but it seems to have no effect. What can I do to relieve the tension?
