What can cause very less bleeding during periods ?

hi..i am 18yrs periods are perfectly regular but for the past 4 months i get only one day of bleeding usually it should be 3 days for me..but the last time it was not even for complete one day...what is my problem ?is this because of eating disorder?please help me out...i am worried..

The decreased amount of bleeding can be due to eating disorder, inadequate diet, low protein diet, excessive exercise, excessive dieting, etc.You get your haemoglobin levels checked in blood and start taking iron supplements.
