What Can Cause Shaking Of Hands While Doing Pull Ups?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right; hi sir/mam i am 21 years old active boy. i have been doing exercise regulary for past 1 months. but still i cannot do pull up.. my handa shake during pull ups... is there any specific causes and remedy for this problem... coz it frustrate me lot after doing all other exercises... Thank You

I have gone thru your query regarding shaking of hands while doing pull ups . It is a matter of concern .
Dear , there is nothing to worry about it . Everyone has a small, sometimes undetectable, shake when they move their hands.
Several factors cause you this symptom and removing them , will help you to be normal .Fatigue, stress, feelings of anger or fear, caffeine and smoking can make this shaking more prominent .Better to avoid them

I wonder what type of exercise you are doing . And for your info , 1 month of exercising is not sufficient to be perfect in this subject . Have patience ,
carry on your regime . Keep it up regularly . You will be a winner

At the same time ,diet factor is very important to be considered . Include balanced diet having essential nutrients - fiber ,vitamins ,minerals , antioxidants in natural form as fruits ,veges ,ginger, garlic ,lemon juice, Aloe vera + amla juice , turmeric powder with hot milk ,almond,nuts and dairy products in proper proportion according to a qualified dietitian .

Meanwhile ,for proper blood circulation you can do yoga ,pranayam - deep breathing and Meditation to strengthen your physical and mental energy

Hand tremor can be due to serious, ongoing diseases.
