What Can Cause An Earache Along With Stiffness In The Neck And Headaches?
It started in the spring with both of my ears hurting as if I was getting inner ear. Then it traveled down the right side of my neck. It became stiff but moved to the center of my neck. The pain in my ears feels heavy and deep. I have accompanying headaches. Sometimes my hearing feels diminished in my rt side.

Earache may be due to middle ear infection or Eustachian tube dysfunction. In case of chronic otitis media, the abscess may come down and lead to stiffness and pain.
For viral meningitis or pain in the neck muscles, avoid cool drinks and cold water. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapor inhalation and do salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Amoxiclav.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Possible causes are, like raised intracranial pressure or cervical spondylosis or middle ear infection.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapor inhalation and do salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use Tramadol with Paracetamol.
Please get a CT scan brain and sinuses, complete blood picture, X-ray cervical spine done.
