Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are near to the menstruation age, so conception is difficult at this age. You can consult a gynecologist for following work up:

-pelvic examination
-pelvic USG
-Serum FSH, LH, prolactin, TSH, estradiol like Hormonal profile
-hysteroscopy
-your husband's semen analysis
-serial USG if anovulation is suspected

According to the cause specific treatment is given and then chances of conception will be increased. If no any cause is found and if desire for pregnancy is high, then assisted reproductive techniques used like IVF, ICSI can be taken.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
