What Can Be The Reason For Migraines And Tingling In The Body?

My doctor says my l hermitte s sign, tingling in bottom half of body when bending neck forward, is probably just a quirk. I also have mild but quite frequent tremors in my head/neck and hands. Also regularly have involuntary flickering of eyes that looks like i am having a siezure but i am not. Mainly when lifting head to drink and when light shined in eyes. I am 27 years old, 60 kg, 5 6 , have migraines. Is she right? Or does it need further investigation?
