Hello,

Having one brown/orange stool with no other symptoms is most likely not a cause for worry. Orange stools are often caused by eating red or orange foods. Supplements containing beta-carotene and aluminium hydroxide can turn stools orange. A lack of bile salts is one medical reason that can cause orange stool.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done stool examination and chemical nature estimation may useful. Use tablet sporulac.

Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
