What Can Be The Cause Of Appearance Of Vein Near My Temple?

i am 50 years old and a vein near my temple has just appeared, I do not have a headache and there is no pain but when i touch it, I can feel it pulsating, I have not been under any stress nor have I been taking part in any physical activity today. should I be worried?

Anyway, if you start having headache, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist and performing a brain MRI and inflammation tests.
