What Can Be The Cause For The Terrible Dizziness And Nausea After Taking Corn?

Last night my nose started to run then this terrible dizziness & nausea came on & I started to throw up But the worst was the dizzness in my head I thought I was going to black out I sat on the floor for 2hrs throwing up & trying not to pass out Then I had to go to the bathroom but no diaherrea. I just went once . I hate some corn that was in the fridge for 10days it smelt allright but it was creamed corn Iblamed it on that but I think I should get my head checked I have been getting dizzy

Hi...looks like the corn you ate last night was not good after all...you are have gastroenteritis... food poisoning.... and the dizziness is due to dehydration following vomiting.... so take a course of antibiotics and antiemetic and preprobiotics... drink plenty of fluids...and eat healthy...
