What can be done for these red bumps caused because of cigarette burns which are itching and hurts ?

I have small red bumps on my forearm from receiving cigarette burns (the size of a cigarette) and they look different from other person s. They itch at times and hurt when I even actually scratch one so I scratch around the bumps. I just want to know what degree burns these are.
