What Can I Do For The Swelling After Removal Of Bartholin Abscess?

Worried......hi last year November I had a bartholin abscess I went to the hospital and got it drained,now it started to get swollen again but not painful.what should I do go back to have it drained or must I take antibiotics?looking forward to your positive answer
