What Are The Treatments For Knee Pain And Torn Cartilage?
i am having knee pain in both knees my right knee i have a torn cartlage in and the pain wakes me up at night and makes it hard for me to play with my 3 year old son. I just want answers as to what may cause the pain and solutions to stopping the pain.

you have to visit first your orthopaedic. start physiotherapy treatment like hot water fomentation for pain relief twice a day. quadriceps isometric exercise , weight bearing exercise, quadriceps strengthening exercise.
