What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Crohn's Disease?
my son has suffered for 3 years with pain in his abdomen and lower back which can be ok for months then comes back all of a sudden he is violently sick and has lost up to 3 stone at times the doctors have tested him for crones disease and last time he was there they said his bowel was in spasm please help

the symptoms you have mentioned would happen with chron's as well as other list of diseases , so good history ,examination and lab results are very important steps
I suggest on you to go to a good doctor and to let him test your son for chron's to rule out if these symptoms are caused by such a disease.
