What Are The Symptoms Of Kidney Stone?
I have frequent kidney infections and have been told I have stones but they are not moving but have very bad pain in my lower back what and my urine tests come back clean but then they grow it and it always has e coli in it do you thank its possible its kidney stones also?

Thanks for query.
You have repeated episodes of pain in lower back .This is mostly due to presence of stones either in kidney or ureter.
This can be confirmed only on Ultrasound Scanning of the abdomen and pelvis ..
Routine urine test and urine culture is mandatory to rule out infection .
