In Fibromylagia patient have multicle tender points both above and bellow the waist. There are set of 18 points out of which 11 should be tender and symptoms should be present for more than 3 months. We should rule out out causes of diffuse muscular pains like hypothroidism, polymyalgia rheumatica, vit D def etc before reaching a conclusion of fibromyalgia. Also the are mood changes, lethargy, lack of sleepetc. Please visit a pain physician for proper history, examination and some tests to exclude organic problems
