Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your symptoms may or may not be due to setting in of labor. They can also be seen due to gastrointestinal causes like infection, irritable bowel and gastritis. In this scenario, you should contact your health care provider for further support. Please take rest in bed, watch for fetal movements, leakage of membranes/bleeding, pain over the back radiating to the inner side of the thighs suggestive of cervical dilatation. Take adequate liquids, if necessary probiotics to control the diarrhea and rest. Wish you safe motherhood.
