do you think i may have depression as i have been feeling down for no reason i sometimes feel like crying, i have not been doing things i used to enjoy i have not been joining in within youth groups as much as i used to i also find it hard to concentrate on what i am doing

Yes, you are likely suffering from depression.If above symptoms you are describing are since more than 2 weeks and because of that your social or occupational work is affected, you are suffering from depression likely. However for confirmation of diagnosis , detail history regarding symptoms,personal,past and family history required by a psychiatrist.
So please consult psychiatrist as soon as possible because as early you start the treatment, early you get the result in duration of treatment will be short if depression is there.
treatment option is either medicines called SSRI or psychotherapy.
