What Are The Symptoms Of Celiac Disease?

I don t have insurance and can t afford an endoscopy to tell me if I celiac so I m trying to determine my likelihood... My dad was diagnosed with Celiac 10 years ago. I have taken gluten out of my diet and now if I accidently get even the tiniest amount, I have diarhea, fatigue, stomach cramping, distention, bloating, etc... additionally I have anxiety, skin rash, brain fogginess, fat in my stool. It takes significantly less gluten to make me sick than it does my dad. He builds it up before it makes him sick. If I get a cracker it makes me sick. What is the liklihood this is celiac disease as opposed to a gluten intolerance?

Hello,
It Seems likely that you have celiac disease. I would suggest to get a complete blood count done to look for irin defeciency anemia. A serum ttG IgA level if raised will help to diagnose celiace disease and treatment can be started on that basis.I f ttG levels are normal then ir could be gluten sensitivity
